Mr. Kotoi was born in 1963 in Fujian, China. Mr. Kotoi was admitted to University of Science and Technology of China in 1979. As the government-sponsored international student, he pursued further education in Japan in 1980. He received the master degree of Information Engineering from Kyoto University in 1987 and completed the Ph.D program in Electrical Engineering at Kyoto University in 1990. In 1990, Mr. Kotoi joined Sun Japan Corporation (predecessor of SJI Inc.) at its early days and served as Representative Director, Vice President, Representative Director President and other positions. With excellent technical knowledge and management skills, Mr. Kotoi made outstanding contributions to the business operation and management as well as the success of IPO in Japan, from the development director to the core team member. In 2007, Mr. Kotoi took the post of the chairman of Liandi (Nanjing) Information Systems Co., Ltd. In 2009, he was appointed as the Executive Vice President of SJI Inc. Mr. Kotoi has 20 years work experience in IT related industries as well as extensive management experience. SJI Inc.is hi-tech information service provider both in Japan and China. In 2003, SJI Inc. listed on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange in Japan.
